Children born of parents who are both illegal immigrants are U.S. nationals, but not citizens.

We shouldn’t punish children of illegal immigrants for being born in the U.S. The children should be nationalized under the Fourteenth Amendment as citizens of the United States.

Against

Children of illegal immigrants should not be granted citizenship as they are not legally guarded by parents who are legal citizens of the country. Illegal immigrant children are expensive in a number of regards and fines should have to be paid by the family.
